What is nano air treatment?
Complete line for compressed air conditioning: F1 water separators for bulk water and D-series adsorption dryers for stable dew points during continuous operation. The goal: reliable, dry compressed air with minimal pressure drop and predictable performance.
F1 water separators
- Tested according to ISO 12500-4 with measured water separation and low differential pressure.
- Operating pressure 0–16 barg, design temperature 2–120°C.
- Standard with automatic float drain; Pressure correction factors available for sizing.
D-Series Desiccant Dryers (D1/D2/D3)
- Heatless, twin-tower PSA technology with patented cartridge and integrated inlet separator on D1.
- PLC control, digital display; dew point control option to minimize purge loss.
- Constant flow/pressure through pressure equalization function; wall or floor mounting.
- Model range with capacities and recommended pre-filters per type (NDL series).
Application & Chain Structure
- After the recooler: F1 water separator for bulk water removal (low Δp).
- Prefiltration: Coalescing prefilter as recommended for each D model.
- Dryers: D1/D2/D3 with PLC control; option for energy-saving dew point control for variable loads.
Selection (practical)
- Flow rate & pressure: Adjust for operating pressure using F1 correction factors; select dryer based on standardized flow rate and desired quality.
- Installation: Service space, bypass to enable maintenance without downtime; Condensate drain to oil/water separator.
- Materials: Aluminum columns with corrosion protection; easy-to-replace cartridges.
Maintenance
- Check Δp over F1 and filters; clean/replace as indicated.
- Follow PLC service notification on the D-series; replace cartridges promptly for stable performance.
